The person behind Apier.no

I have worked across Norwegian IT for my entire career — private sector, public sector, projects, management, and production. At some point I stopped being surprised by how difficult Norwegian government APIs are to work with and started thinking about what it would take to fix that properly.

Apier.no is that fix. The public infrastructure is already there — Altinn, Brønnøysund, Skatteetaten. The compliance layer that lets software reason about it is not. I think that layer matters, and I think building it in Norway, for Norway, is worth doing.
