    What it does
    Confirms a Norwegian company is real, active and not bankrupt — in one call, over seven registry signals.

    What it does
    Resolves who is legally authorised to sign for a company, working through signature rights, prokura and board roles (an 18-rule resolver).
    Who it's for
    Anyone needing to confirm a signatory before a contract or transaction — lenders, legal-tech, procurement, and AI agents acting on a company's behalf.

    What it does
    Exposes Apier's capabilities as 13 Model Context Protocol tools, so an AI agent in Claude, Cursor or any MCP client can verify companies, resolve authority and read obligations directly — listed in the official MCP registry.

    What it does
