The person behind Apier.no

Sovereign friction is real and Norway should win from it. Altinn, Brønnøysund, and Skatteetaten are world-class public infrastructure. But AI agents can't reason about Norwegian delegation rules, compliance deadlines, or entity obligations, because nobody has translated them into a machine-readable layer. That's the gap Apier.no fills. Apier.no translates Norwegian regulatory reality into structured API responses any agent can act on.

I have worked across Norwegian IT for my entire career — private sector, public sector, projects, management, and production. At some point I stopped being surprised by how difficult Norwegian government APIs are to work with and started thinking about what it would take to fix that properly.

Apier.no is that fix. The public infrastructure is already there — Altinn, Brønnøysund, Skatteetaten. The compliance layer that lets software reason about it is not. I think that layer matters, and I think building it in Norway, for Norway, is worth doing.
