An honest status: live, building, and waiting on access

These respond in production today — lookups, evaluations, discovery, and the sandbox.

• Company lookup & context — summary, full context, and normalised registry data for any Norwegian organisation number.
• Obligations & deadlines — Rulebook-driven evaluation of what a company must do and when, returned deterministically with provenance on every response.
• Company verification — a structured verification verdict for know-your-business and onboarding checks.
• Signing authority — who may legally sign for a company, with the rule basis behind each verdict.
• Annual-accounts status — whether a company has filed its annual accounts.
• Public endpoints — obligations and deadlines with no API key, for open, high-volume discovery.
• Exchange rates — Norges Bank exchange-rate lookups.
• Altinn 2 → 3 migration bridge — map a legacy Altinn 2 service to its Altinn 3 equivalent.
• Compliance explainer — structured, Norwegian-language explanations for every error and boundary an agent can hit.
• MCP server — 25 discoverable tools over npm and the public MCP directory, with setup for Claude Desktop, Cursor, and other clients. The 22 read tools respond live today; keyless issuance-token redemption ships alongside its forensic-log migration; the two Fullmakt delegation writes are beta and mock-adapter-backed (see Building). A further sandbox-only tool is callable but unlisted.
• Sandbox — a full mock environment that simulates failures and makes no government calls, so agents can rehearse safely.
• Accounts, audit trail & provenance — self-serve signup, API keys, a read-only dashboard, and an append-only audit record with response provenance on every call.
• Account-change webhooks — signed accounts.updated notifications pushed to your endpoint; register through the API.
• Change-detection query — the cross-source change archive behind GET /api/v1/changes, keyset-paginated with a derived observation kind on every row. Personal-field history is org-scoped: without an entity_id filter, role-holder field rows and whole-company snapshot rows are deliberately withheld — and the response says so.

Built and in validation, or on the way to npm. Write features stay beta until they are proven end-to-end.

• MVA-melding (VAT return) filing — validation and dry-run work today; live binding submission remains gated (dry-run-only) even though production Maskinporten and Skatteetaten access are now granted. Write actions stay gated until proven end-to-end.
• Fullmakt Rails over MCP — the two delegation-write tools request_fullmakt and revoke_fullmakt broker and revoke a company→agent authority through an Altinn systembruker; mock-adapter-backed and beta until proven end-to-end against live Altinn.
• TypeScript SDK — a typed client generated from the OpenAPI spec. Coming soon — not yet published to npm.
• Command-line interface — company lookup, verification, authority, deadlines, sandbox, and MCP setup from the terminal. Coming soon — not yet published to npm.
• Upstream resilience — circuit breaker, a verified-TTL cache, and a live readiness probe in front of the government APIs.
• Human approval on binding writes — an optional human-in-the-loop approval step for binding submissions, behind a feature flag.

Built or designed, but blocked on a Norwegian government grant — a register or a scope — that we do not yet hold.

• Beneficial owners (reelle rettighetshavere) — blocked on access to the beneficial-owners register.
• Employment data (NAV) — blocked on the relevant NAV scope.
• Tax-return read (skattemelding) — blocked on a Skatteetaten read scope.
• Binding submissions beyond VAT (A-melding, årsregnskap) — need additional Altinn and Skatteetaten service-owner scopes.
• Extended (Tier 2) company data — employee count and turnover; available per company once that company grants the required Altinn delegation.
